PROFILE

I am a storyteller at heart, producing content for 10+ years with a focus in post production, animation and visual effects. My experience spans agencies and studios as well as working on the client-side where I’ve developed a passion for rallying around a brand’s identity. With the exposure I’ve gained working for a variety of companies and projects,  I am seeking an opportunity to bring that knowledge into a strategic and creative role, invest in a brand’s mission and goals and help bring those stories to life. 

 

EXPERIENCE

 

Senior Brand & Creative Producer - Spotify  [Freelance] ; NY, NY

Sept. 2021  - Current     

Spotify’s Brand & Creative team develops strategy, creative tools, content, and experiences that drive the brand’s creative and communication agenda with various audiences, including fans, consumers, artists, creators, labels, business partners, and more.

 

  • Responsible for all phases of creative and technical development from concept through launch. I set timelines and cadence, budget, resource, prioritize, write SOW’s, and implement key check-ins with legal, internal stakeholders, and external partners

  • Strategize with Brand Managers and Creative Directors to establish brand messaging around Spotify’s leading OKR’s

  • Launched experiential out of home event in promotion for Spotify’s biggest annual campaign for Wrapped 2021, partnering with soup vendor Brodo in NYC’s Soho neighborhood, in compliance with state, city & company COVID safety protocols

  • Managed team of designers, writers & agencies to launch a hyper contextual out of home campaign for International Podcast Day featured in 10+ locations across NYC, to continue to solidify Spotify’s position in the podcast realm & add subscribers

  • Collaborated with podcasters and artists to create unique playlists &  engaging video content for World Mental Health Day, to drive  listeners to mental health resources on the Spotify Wellness hub

 

Senior Producer - Psyop / Blacklist, [Freelance]  ; NY, NY 

June 2017 - Sept. 2021       

Psyop’s work blurs the lines between advertising and entertainment by telling compelling stories, creating engaging characters, and building unique worlds. We use animation live-action and technology interchangeably to best support each brief and our bespoke creative solutions.

 

  • Produced design heavy animation, visual effects and editorial projects for digital & broadcast commercials and music videos

  • Liaised and collaborated  with directors and VFX supervisors through treatment process, on live action sets and throughout post production to ensure creative & client expectations were achieved within scope

  • Managed teams of 50+ artists including  storyboard and concept artists, editors, animators, compositors and CG artists in studio & globally

  • Communicated feedback from key stakeholders

  • Interfaced with production companies and agencies  to establish clear processes and guidelines

  • Bid projects, established timelines and actualized jobs upon completion

  • Sourced and managed 3rd party production partners and freelance talent 

  • Organized responsibilities and set goals for associate producers and interns

Senior Creative Producer - Google Creative Lab  [Freelance] ; NY, NY

May 2017 - April 2021        

Google Creative Lab is a group of interdisciplinary thinkers and doers. We are designers, writers, business leaders, filmmakers, animators, producers, creative technologists, and much more. We are a small team that pushes for an impact that outweighs our footprint.

 

  • Co-produced a documentary film about how search works, managing live action shoots and production partners as well as overseeing animation and film finishing workflow.  This was developed at the direct request of Alphabet’s CEO and now has over 90M views on Youtube.

  • Contributed to company wide COVID- 19 response throughout the pandemic, from collaborating with Youtube creators sending encouraging  “stay at home” messages to promoting  vaccination awareness

  • Partnered with a team of designers and technologists as well as NYC Parks Department, NYPD and NYRR to coordinate filming a 5k run in Central Park for a research project called Project Guideline, a life changing technology that allows visually impaired persons to run untethered from a cane or dog

  • Collaborated with innovation teams at  X “The Moonshot Factory” to establish brand identity for The Everyday Robot Project including naming, setting brand guidelines and spearheaded strategic conversations to shape the narrative of the brand

  • Launched global broadcast, digital and social campaigns for high profile products such as Meet, Nest, Pixel 3 and Google Workspace

Producer - MPC ; NY, NY
March 2016- May 2017

  • Collaborated with leading agencies including  BBDO, Droga5, Deutsch, Pereira & O'Dell and R/GA, among others, to create high quality visual effects spots for global broadcast & digital campaigns

  • Partnered with VFX supervisors, agencies & clients  on set to ensure shots were covered & stayed within scope

  • Bid and negotiated budgets & managed the P&L on all projects to deliver on pre-approved profit margins

  • Gained a diverse understanding of complex CG pipelines 

 

Producer - Havas Worldwide/ Studio 6; NY, NY

Jan. 2014- Feb. 2016       

(Associate Producer  2014- 2015)

  • Early hire for new post production studio to help establish rosters, productions ops, workstation build-outs and project archiving

  • Promoted from Associate Producer to Producer in the first year. 

  • Produced editorial and animation pieces for sizzles, pitches, digital, social and broadcast deliverables 

  • Assisted in-house casting directors to coordinate casting sessions and facilitated VO, sound design & audio mix sessions

 

Associate Producer - Mevio Inc.; San Francisco, CA

Oct.  2011- Sept. 2012      

  • Created the top show on the Mevio network, receiving 500 Million+ views in over 400 videos that aired on the homepage daily

  • Developed show ideas that were put into production and featured on various channels on the Mevio network

  • Implemented all aspects of production including script writing, audio, camera work, music, etc. 

  • Oversaw work of support staff by ensuring scripts met expectations of the management team
